[wpe-webkit] libwpe branched for 1.8

Hello,

The libwpe repository now has a “libwpe-1.8” branch to be used for the
upcoming 1.8.x releases [1].A “merge:libwpe-1.8” label to tag PRs to be
backported to the release branch is now available as well.
