[wpe-webkit] WPEBackend-fdo branched for 1.8

Hello all,

The WPEBackend-fdo repository now has a “wpebackend-fdo-1.8” branch to be used
for the stable 1.8.x releases [1]. The “merge:wpebackend-fdo-1.8” label to tag
PRs to be bacpkported to this branch is now available as well.
