[wpe-webkit] Cog branched for 0.8

Hello all,

This is a quick heads up to let everybody know that Cog has been branched for
the 0.8 releases [1]. As usual, a “merge:cog-0.8” label is now available as
well to tag PRs that should be backported to the 0.8.x releases.
