[wpe-webkit] Hole punch features added to WPE

Hi!

Hole punching is feature commonly required on embedded devices and, as
we want WPE to shine on those platforms, we have added a couple of hole
punching approaches to the WPE upstream trunk.

Both implementations will be available on upcoming 2.25 and 2.24
