I believe this was an issue with Flash 8.  I'm using Flash 9.0 r20 and don't
see this problem on shipping Safari 2.0.4 (419.3) on Mac OS X 10.4.8 (8N1037)
or with a locally-built debug build of WebKit r19361.

Use "Help", "Installed Plug-ins" to determine what version of Flash you have
installed.
