Thanks for responding, David. I'm also using Flash 9.0 (r28), Safari 2.0.4
(419.3) on Mac OS X 10.4.8 (for PowerPC). So I don't think that's the issue.
But I'm surprised you're not seeing the problem. Did you activate the artist
menu and mouse-over some of the items near the top of the menu? Do you have
JavaScript enabled (it's required for sIFR to activate and add the Flash text
in question).

Also (just in case it's important), I have my "Font Smoothing style" set to
"Standard - Best for CRT" (under OS X preferences > Appearance).
