[webkit-help] 0xc000007b error on wincairo windows 7 x64

I'm trying to build the wincairo port for webkit on Windows 7 x64. After
building, when I try to run WinLauncher I get the error "The application was
unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."
Any ideas?
