[webkit-gtk] webkitgtk 2.14 basic Webextension skeleton code?

Hello Philip,

Thank you for reply, it is very useful.

I have the task scheduled in June, so once I get some basic webextension
going, I'll try to patch up the relevant documentation also. Thank you for
the suggestion.
