[webkit-gtk] flashplayer(23/24/25) can only play once in webkitgtk (2.14~2.16)

In some case, the flashplayer can not play once!

How to reproduce: 

OS: fedora 24

dnf install flash-plugin     # from download rpm or adobe repository,  for
ver 23/24/25

dnf install webkitgtk4    #from dnf repository, 2.14~2.16

/usr/libexec/webkit2gtk-4.0/MiniBrowser  http://xxx.xxx.xxx/xxx.html

The  http://xxx.xxx.xxx/xxx.html is A online video webpage, as
http://www.youku.com <http://www.youku.com/> /xxxx.html or
http://www.youtube.com <http://www.youtube.com/> /xxxx.html

When the first open the page, the flash in page will play success, 

but when “RELOAD/REFRESH” the current page or input “ENTER” key in
borwser address bar to reload current page, 

the flash in page can not play.

 

the console will output error as below
