[webkit-gtk] Should WebKitGTK+ provide Vala bindings as part of the release

I don't think we should provide any bindings, we already provide gobject
introspection support, so that should be enough for bindings.

We just need to add gobject-introspection support to WebKit2.
Documentation is already annotated, so it's a matter of adding the
Makefile bits.
