[webkit-gtk] Should WebKitGTK+ provide Vala bindings as part of the release

Recently at https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=75459, the
question was raised whether to provide Vala bindings as part of the
WebKitGTK+ release. I can see both some benefits and a bit of a
maintenance burden.

It seems that the infrastructure for GIR and Vala metadata has not
been the most stable, so we'd have to update this information as time
goes on and the tools improve. On the other hand, this would make it
much easier for embedders to use WebKitGTK+ with Vala since the
bindings would always be up-to-date.

Another interesting data point is that this is something we would need
to provide with the WebKit2 release. What are the opinions of the
community about this? Is anyone strongly opposed?
