We use the tag "Qt" for bugs that are related to the project. The [Qt] in
the title should be used only for Qt specific bugs as you said.
We remove [Qt] from the title when bugs are not Qt specific. I think those
bugs imported from the Qt bugtracker are just imported automatically and
nobody looked at them. I will be careful about that when triaging future
bugs.
