[webkit-dev] Re gular safari browser opens when you run Webkit/WebkitTools/Scripts/run-safari in cygwin

these are some of the required dlls. by webkit. just install safari browser.
you will get all the required dependencies.
those dlls will be available in C:\Program Files\Safari
