[webkit-dev] Open Link In New Tab

I've been running the nightly builds.  Can't tell you how impressed I  
am with the quality of your work and lately SquirrelFish.

There is one thing that gets to me.  Even though I set the option to  
open a window in a new tab, it's a 50/50 proposition.  I don't mind  
getting involved in the WebKit development activities, so if someone  
could let me know if this is something that is within the province of  
WebKit, I'll join you folks.
