This is a bug fix release in the stable 2.36 series.

## What's new in WPE WebKit 2.36.6?

- Fix handling of touchpad scrolling on GTK4 builds.
- Fix WPE WebKit not allowing to be used from non-main threads.
- Fix several crashes and rendering issues.
