[wpe-webkit] Adding Custom Media Events in WPE Webkit

Hello,

  I have been working on adding support for playing DVB using the webkit.
For this I need to add new Events to extend the already existing HTMLMedia
events. I was planning add new API in the HTMLMediaElement  to bring in the
event code from the MediaPlayer and extent the MediaError to push the
events to the video tag,

Is this the right way to do this? Is there any better way to add custom
events to the video tag?
