I couldn't manage to find 'October' copy from Wayback Archive but from November:

I couldn't manage to find any alignment issue while testing it on STP191 and it seems to render similar to Chrome Canary 125.

We don't have any reduction and any incorrect rendering reference screenshot as mentioned by Alexey in Comment 01 as well.

So due to lack of reduction and site working fine now, I am marking this as 'RESOLVED WONTFIX' (Since it was never confirmed).
