Found Wayback Archive copy from 2012 (2011 copies don't have any assets):

It seems to render fine in 'Safari Technology Preview 191' and don't issue as referred in attached screenshot (buggered render).

Since it was never confirmed, I am marking this as 'RESOLVED WONTFIX'.

NOTE - STP191 is matching in rendering with Chrome Canary 125.
