I confirm the mentioned problem on MS IIS10 / aspx and SameSite=Lax flag since Safari 16.4. System session ASPSESSIONIDxxxxx occasionally changes.
If no flag is sent to SameSite, this problem goes away, but it is not a long-term solution to this problem.
Chrome/Firefox don't have this bug.
