After several hours of troubleshooting, we finally found this bug report. We can recreate it: Random logouts from our app with Safari >= 16.4 on MacBooks or iPads. 

With Chrome and Firefox the problem does not occur. 

For now, the recommendation to our users who contact us about problems is to use these browsers as an alternative. 

If you want them to use Safari again in the future, this problem should be solved urgently!
