Add to Home Screen prompt

The way I envision this to work would be that clicking the developer-provided "Install" button would open the A2HS dialog (prompt) as per the attached screenshot. I think this would make a lot of sense, and the UA can at any point decide how it presents this dialog, for example, it could add screenshots to it.
