I am not able to reproduce this bug in Safari Technology Preview 152 and Safari 15.6.1 on macOS 12.5.1 and don't get any jitter when I try to resize this and it is same as other browsers (Chrome Canary 107 and Firefox Nightly 106).

Please reopen if you are able to reproduce this and have any other test case. Thanks!
