Thanks for the update, Chris. 

I've tested Safari 15.2 on iOS with an iPhone11, and the instantaneous version of my reduced test case does seem to be fixed now. Positional audio played with minimal glitching for 15 minutes.

However, audio with ramped transforms stops playing within 15 seconds on Safari 15.2 iOS. Here is the direct link to the reduced test: https://brianpeiris.github.io/spatial-audio-test/?ramped
