Per Bug 230950, the fix landed in r283322. Per https://webkit.org/blog/12156/release-notes-for-safari-technology-preview-137/, STP 137 contains revisions up to r286534. STP has thus had the fix for Bug 230950 for a while.

I usually cannot comment on when a particular fix will ship to customers. However, in this case, I can say that the fix for Bug 230950 already shipped in iOS 15.2 and macOS 12.1 (from mid December of 2021).

If you still see issues on these builds, please let me know, ideally with reduced test cases.
