Hi all,

The fix for https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=196372 is not in iOS(iOS 12.3) yet, so you may still see the bug. For temporary workaround, you could try reloading page or re-opening the IDB database after you encounter the error.

The bug leads to process crash, so the old IDB database connection to crashed process would fail and we need to establish a new connection by re-opening.
