The issue is still present in 12.3 stable as observed today in a WKWebView: first occurs

AbortError: UnknownError An internal error was encountered in the Indexed Database server Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 12_3 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko)

then any further access would result in

InvalidStateError: Failed to execute 'transaction' on 'IDBDatabase': The database connection is closing. Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 12_3 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko)

I will observe the stats for our app for the next days.
