TestWebKitAPI.WKWebsiteDataStore.FetchPersistentCredentials seems flaky. In https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/3/builds/4289, this test failed with the patch which was unrelated to this test, it passed on clean tree. In many other builds, this test failed on the clean tree as well, e.g.: https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/3/builds/4285

Because of this flakiness, EWS sometimes blames unrelated patches for this failure, e.g.: https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/3/builds/4289, https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/3/builds/4270
