I cannot reproduce this locally either, though we have a very fast internet connection here, so if this stalling issue is related to your own network speed and/or setup, we will never be able to reproduce this.

To re-iterate Brady's request, would you please post a screen recording and screenshot of the inspector network tab while reproducing?
