Can you file a bug at bugreport.apple.com, then email me or paste the radar id here? While issue this affects your usage of Web Inspector, I think we are unlikely to make progress on this without a sysdiagnose, which is not something you'd want to post on Bugzilla. If this ends up not being a WebKit issue, then we will be able to route your report to the responsible team.
