You don't need to display a dialog, as as you mentioned, you have
already decided what to do so will not be asking for a user's response.

But you do at least need to print a message in that big white space so
the user knows what is going on.

You say your behaviour is correct, therefore chromium etc. are incorrect
for just throwing security to the winds and displaying the page anyway.

So could you please submit a chromium bug saying why what they are doing
is wrong if you believe so.
