Please refer to the attachment I've just made for visual reproduction scenario. Just to have it written down in text as well, the scenario is the following:

1) Download and installed latest version of Chrome (I've tried 14.0.835.202 for Windows)
1) Open http://www.cs.bgu.ac.il/~yairyog/f.html
2) Left-click the link. A new tab will be opened.
  Note: It’s important to do the pure “left-click” (cause bug doesn’t reproduce with CTRL+Click or When link is opened through context menu).
3) Close just opened tab by left-clicking on the X of the tab.
  Note: Bug doesn’t reproduce if tab is closed through keyboard shortcut CTRL+F4.
4) Try to repeat the same left-click as in Step #1 (i.e. on the same link). However, link stopped working, no tab is opened anymore. That's the bug we're talking about.
