Reproduction steps on Chrome 14.0.835.202 for Windows

Just reproduced the same problem on latest Chrome for Windows (14.0.835.202)
It's 100% reproduction - please, see scenario scenario. 
Could anyone take a look at the issue?
Could anyone advise on how to transition it from the "UNCONFIRMED" state?
