Geolocation previously had a disk cache in WebCore, but this was removed in Bug 65289 because the common opinion was that it was wrong for this to be in WebCore.

The implementation also had some other problems ...
- Bug 51814
- Bug 51818

We should consider providing a new Geolocation disk cache which addresses these concerns.
