http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/75512 seems to have caused a regression in painting, or layout.  I'm not sure which.

steps to repro: 
1) wk2 window, http://www.businessinsider.com/katy-perry-facebook-2011-1#katy-steps-up-to-facebooks-photo-setup--1
2) use the > and < buttons to make your way through the pictures

results:
flickering of the div containing the leading caption and the photo.  you can see it flicker briefly between the current picture, the previous picture, and back to the current picture.
