Are you running WK1 or WK2 tests?

If its WK2, perhaps my <http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/99800> is to blame. However, DRT used to be telling CFNetwork to allow untrusted certificates, so no one should be complaining. Perhaps that functionality was lost in WTR.
