Certificate dialog screenshot

When I run regression tests, I see a certificate prompt dialog. See the attached screenshot.

Because of this, these tests are going to time out. I don’t know when this changed, but until it’s fixed, some tests are not working right.

cc'ing some test experts. I probably will need to talk to Mac experts too.
