What I want is to make prepare-ChangeLog leave a placeholder for the Bug ID (like <http://webkit.org/b/00000> or <http://webkit.org/b/NNNNN>), then make webkit-patch replace the Bug ID placeholder with the actual Bug ID when uploaded. That way, I can:

1. Write the patch and the ChangeLog (and commit locally to git).
2. Create the bug and attach the patch with the Bug ID replaced using "webkit-patch upload".
3. There is no Step 3.

This also works nicely for svn users if they just leave out the "commit locally" part in Step 1.

If that were possible, then I'd be find removing "webkit-patch create-bug" since it would no longer be necessary.
