My hope was that I could create a bug from the command line and NOT apply a patch.
That would be great for just opening bugs (of course the Component might be wrong
though).

As for patches, my work flow is typically:

  1. Create a Bug by going to the website... get the bug <id>
  2. prepare-ChangeLog --git-index -b <id>, this way my ChangeLogs have the bug title link
  3. Attach patch.

I was hoping I could replace (1) with `webkit-patch create-bug`. And then
(3) with `webkit-patch upload`. Let me know if I can achieve a similar flow
in another way.
