Actually, duplicate bug reports from different developers is an indication
about how wide-spread this issue is.  I would encourage you to file a bug
report on <https://bugreport.apple.com/>, even though it will be returned as a
duplicate.  If you don't have an Apple Developer Connection (ADC) account, you
may create a free "online" account using <https://connect.apple.com/>.

The WebKit project uses RESOLVED/INVALID status for bugs migrated into Apple's
internal bug tracker (Radar) because the issue is not in WebKit itself.  It
does not mean that it's not a valid bug.
