more updates

- Updated to curent ToT
- Moved the feature behind flag ENABLE(TILED_BACKING_STORE)
- Removed zooming related Qt API. I wasn't happy with the API and that is
anyway better done separately.
- Removed QGVLauncher portion, QtLauncher patch coming separately.
- Implemented some of Kenneths comments
- Various fixes, cleanups
