open the page "http://api.video.sina.com.cn/service/index.php/weather/", the
layout show error, it's not load the css.
test steps:
  1. use cross compile the qt4.6.2 on the x86 platform (graphics layer use the
directfb or framebuffer)
  2. use WebkitTools/build-webkit --qt compile the webkit
  3. use QtLauncher test
