Confirmed with r57811.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open http://www.angers-gymnastique.com/perso/perso.html
2. Enter merien for Nom, ronan for Prénom.
3. Press Enter (or click Entrer).
4. Choose Palmarès tab (the rightmost one).
5. Click any of "Validez" buttons below (or press Enter after selecting a form
control).

Results: nothing happens, unless you have pop-up blocker disabled.
Expected results: a new window opens.
