Use this way:
(You are in one frame)
http://www.angers-gymnastique.com/perso/perso.html
Then enter name ie: merien
and forname: ronan, the button 'input' is OK for this page. 
You enter in : perso/perso5.php with chosing the tag 'Palmares'.
The buttons of this page are not functional with the last version of Webkit.
