Reviewers are missing from committers.py

It was brought to my attention this afternoon that several reviewers are
missing from committers.py.  Eek!  Certainly not my intention.

I've manually gone through:
http://lists.webkit.org/mailman/roster.cgi/webkit-reviewers
and confirmed that each person listed there is also in committers.py
(I looked up their bugzilla accounts via
https://bugs.webkit.org/editusers.cgi?action=list&matchvalue=login_name&matchstr=NAME_HERE)

Jon Honeycutt is still missing because I don't know which email account he uses
for bugzilla.

We currently have 50 reviewers in committers.py (not including Jon!) and 50 in
http://lists.webkit.org/mailman/roster.cgi/webkit-reviewers.  So we may have a
reviewer missing from
http://lists.webkit.org/mailman/roster.cgi/webkit-reviewers or extra in
committers.py...

Please let me know if I've missed anyone!
