For future reference, the Windows breakage was:
CSSPrimitiveValue.cpp
..\css\CSSPrimitiveValue.cpp(698) : error C3861: 'llround': identifier not
found
..\css\CSSPrimitiveValue.cpp(705) : error C3861: 'snprintf': identifier not
found

I'm trying to find the failed Linux logs but I'm not seeing them; maybe I am
getting my failures mixed up.
