I made the window small so you all didn't need to read my mail. :)  The window
can be any size for the bug to reproduce.

Reproduction steps:
1.  Open gmail.com
2.  Double-click near the bottom of the gmail tab in Safari.  I can't tell if
clicking on the last pixel of the tab, or the top-most pixel of the page
triggers the bug.  Maybe it involves clicking on both, not sure.

100% reproducible.
