The problem is that an other area of Webkit does something wrong. This patch is
ok, but i depends on an "not created bug". Can we create a new bug, make the
patch depend on in r+ it again?  Who is responsible for the code tested with
filterRegions.svg? Maybe he can make a change there to get this patch in?
