Created an attachment (id=44469)

HTML Only test case for identifying behaviour

I have attached a simple test case that can be used for comparing the behaviour
of different browser when it comes to the image alt.

So far I have tested this with:

- Firefox 3.5, MacOS X: case 1 the text is shown on one line; case 2 the text
is wrapped.
- Opera 10.10, MacOS X: case 1 the text is shown on one line, with a box around
it; case 2 display as case 1

If anyone has improvements to make to the test case, then feel free to add to
it. I haven't made time to look at the specifications at this point.

My personal preference is the way Firefox is handling things, since I feel it
makes the best compromise, but I am just one voice.
