This first patch is an attempt to combine and refactor two files that are
largely a result of copy+paste code.  The files in question are
ImageSourceCairo.cpp and ImageSourceSkia.cpp.  A later patch will attempt to
merge the third such file, ImageSourceWx.cpp.
