The test case has to be downloaded out of bugzilla and run independently. The
html file depends on the svg file. I didn't see another way to do it other than
zip the files together.
I had the same thought about general limits, I did a search in the webkit
codebase for "200" and didn't come up with anything, but I cant't attest to the
thoroughness of my search. I did create 200+ <img> (png) tags successfully, I
didn't try anything else.
If there is a general limit in place, intentional or not, I don't think it
should apply to SVG.
